• Review & Process Shop Drawings & Submittals. Maintain current updated submittal log.
• Update Drawings with As-Built information relating to ASIs, RFIs, PRs, and any field conditions.
• Documentation and distribution of Meeting Minutes (Owner, Subcontractor, or Coordination Meetings).
• Assist in organization and development of Punchlist at completion of project.
• Assist in in gathering of Full & Final change orders, warranty letters, O&M documentation, and all closeout related items
• Assist Superintendent with RFI documentation to Architect and distribution to subcontracts. Understanding of content related to RFI questions.
• General Understanding of drawings and specifications as well as constructability of field related issues.
• General knowledge of schedule and tracking of procurement of long lead items.
• Understands and follows the RYTAN Safety program.
• Assists and provides evaluation of subcontractor change order pricing received.
• Ensuring conformance of materials to be installed have met the submittal documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
• Track all change management items – subcontractor change orders, CUAs, AUAs, PCOs, and CORs. Maintaining accurate contingency and PCO logs.
• Assist in Scheduling set-up and updates.
• Assist in writing subcontract agreements.
• Assist in monthly pay applications – review of subcontract billings and Owner billing
• Assist in monthly reporting to Leadership (Vista).
• Begin establishment of relationship and trust with Architect, Owner, and Subcontractors.
• Support of all team members on the project.
